Journey to Fullness

Journey to Fullness: an evening of poetry, music, and energy work

Join us on Saturday, November 5th, for a very special evening hosted by poet Katerina Jeng and energy worker Alana Foy. We are gathering at the close of Diwali (which celebrates the goddess Lakshmi, who represents prosperity, health, and wealth) and just before the full moon & lunar eclipse in Taurus—a potent time for giving birth to our fullest, most expressed, and most liberated selves.

This will be an intimate, shoes-off gathering, where we cultivate a safe space for community dialogue, internal reflection, and collective manifestation. We will guide you through an intention-setting ritual, take you on a journey through poetry & music, and set our manifestations out into the universe through a collective closing ritual.

The gathering will include:

  • Collective meditation, intention-setting, and energy work led by Alana Foy

  • Poetry reading by Katerina Jeng

  • Safe space for internal reflection and manifestation for your next chapter in life

  • Deep conversation and meaningful community connection

Additional things:

  • This event is free, and all are welcome <3

  • You are welcome to bring a notebook and pen to document your insights, intentions, and downloads.

  • To keep the gathering intimate, the event is capped at 25 RSVPs. If you are attending, please RSVP at your earliest convenience so we can manage the guest list accordingly. If you have RSVP’ed and can no longer make it, please release your ticket so we can fill the spot.

About the people:

Alana Foy (she/her) has dedicated the last decade of her life and her work to challenging and re-defining traditional standards of beauty, health, and wellness; along with sharing the practices of Yoga and Reiki in classes, schools, and 1-on-1 in Denver, NYC, LA, and Burning Man. In addition to offering a grounded, practical approach to sharing these wisdom teachings, she is passionate about consulting entrepreneurs on how to transform their vision into an actualized mission.

She is Project Manager for The Dixon Group (one of Denver’s top real estate teams), an entrepreneur, and owner of two small businesses WNTR ROSE & Studio Bordeaux, in the heart of the Golden Triangle in Denver, Colorado. When she's not overseeing projects at The Dixon Group and helping drive the expansion of their eco-system, she's most likely developing a new elixir for WNTR ROSE’s personal care line, traveling, and being dog mom to her French Bully, Luna.

Katerina Jeng (she/they) is a creator, facilitator, and weaver of the sacred into the everyday. They are here to help guide humanity into a new paradigm world through humble service that is abundantly joyful, pleasurable, and free. Katerina’s poetry explores love and power, and is inspired by their identity as a queer, neurodivergent, Filipina-Taiwanese-American femme, as well as the work of artists & activists of color that have come before her.

Katerina has dedicated their life to creating a world where people of all identities, races, orientations, abilities, and backgrounds feel safe, validated, and celebrated. They do this through their work as Co-Founder & Strategic Director at Spectacle, a leading inclusive marketing & communications agency. Katerina is currently writing their first poetry collection, and you help sustain their creative practice by following them on Instagram, and subscribing to their newsletter

Join Ayurvedic Coaches and Wellness Facilitators, Margaret James and Samantha Lawrence, for a ceremonial and restorative experience that will connect you with the energetics and spirit of this Spring Season.

Start with a group discussion and lecture about the energetics and qualities of Spring, and how they affect us in mind, body, and spirit.

Enjoy a Yoga Nidra Meditative Practice accompanied by soothing Harmonium sounds to reset and restore your inner landscape.

Continue your practice with reflective journaling and community connection.

We’ll end our time together by literally planting the seeds of your intention. You’ll leave with little seedlings to take home as a physical reminder to make space to nourish your intentions and honor the vision you hold in your heart.

Bring your journal, pen, and an eye mask(optional) and come ready to get your hands in the living soil.

Margaret James is an Ayurvedic wellness coach and a restorative yoga teacher who combines ancient wisdom with modern science. She believes rest is a birthright, your true essence is bliss and radiance, and all of you belongs here. Yes, even that part.

Samantha Lawrence is a certified holistic life and business coach, yoga teacher, and intuitive energy healer. It is now her mission to empower women to take action toward their own visions, purpose, and healing.
